Our Mission
This started at a men's retreat in West Monroe, Louisiana.
I'm Mike Riley. I grew up confused about what a family was supposed to look like. My parents were separated, my bonus mom's steady love held me together, and when she passed away, it left a hole. My father spent a few years in prison - another hole. I spent years trying to build my way out of that emptiness with more work and more success. I had a business, a family, a life that looked good from the outside, and I was losing what mattered most.
Then everything changed at that retreat. I realized my calling wasn't just building worldly success, it was building men, dads who lead with faith, grit, and honor.
